- Receiving unusable copies or prints
- Any other event that results in unusable pages or loss of funds
Then please fill out our Copy/Print Refund Request Form.
All transactions are tracked by card number and name as well as the currency input to the devices so we can determine the status of your account. Refund requests can be processed at:
