Faculty and Staff Copy/Print Services

KSU’s Copy/Print Services division supports the business needs of faculty and staff by providing a variety of solutions for copying, printing, scanning and faxing.

Multi-Function Printers (MFP) that offer full copying and printing capabilities are available campus-wide. There are currently 300+ MFPs located across both campuses in every academic and service building with the exception of the residence halls.

Accessibility to all printing and copying services require a valid Campus Card, which is simply tapped on the card reader at each MFP to gain access to print jobs or make copies. The department and department accounts are already linked to each individual’s ID card and is automatically recalled when the ID card is tapped on the reader, therefore there is no need to enter a department code. Costs are automatically tracked through the database.

For personal printing and copying needs, similar to the student process, faculty and staff may deposit money into their KCash account on their ID card to use to make personal copies and prints.

Costs for copying and printing:

  • One sided (single) copy or printed page:
    • Black/White: 6¢ per page
    • Color: 30¢ per page
  • Two-sided (or duplex) copy/print:
    • Black/White: 12¢ per two-sided/duplex page
    • Color: 60¢ per two-sided/duplex page

Note: These are prices for university copiers/printers only and do not apply to The UPS Store.
